Your branded tracking page

Add the Eturns tracking entry block to your theme, or the Eturns order tracking block to customer accounts — see Customer portal & theme setup. Shoppers start on your store and continue on an Eturns-hosted page in your brand.

The page shows where the parcel is, the latest carrier update and what should happen next, in plain words instead of carrier codes. It answers “where is my order?” before it becomes an email to you.

Status emails and the delivery promise

Eturns follows each shipment through Shopify’s fulfilment updates and keeps the tracking page current. When Tracking updates is on in Policies → What customers see → Customer emails, shoppers also get an email as their parcel moves.

The page shows the delivery promise — when the parcel should arrive — so shoppers know whether anything is actually late.

Parcels held in customs

Most delivery problems sort themselves out. A parcel held in customs for a long time does not, so Eturns turns it into a case for you. You find it in Decisions with the Tracking filter.

Where tracking lives in the app:

  • Decisions (Tracking) · Policies → What customers see · Impact

Eturns also holds back review requests while a delivery problem is open, so a shopper waiting on a stuck parcel isn’t asked for a review. See Reviews.
