Every Eturns plan and what it includes, how to change plans through Shopify, and what happens when you reach your monthly decisions.

Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is 15% off twelve months. No trial; Free is how you try Eturns. No overage charges.
Every plan is self-serve and billed through Shopify, on the same bill as your other apps. A decision is a completed outcome, such as a refund or an exchange — not each model call, retry or Shopify update behind it.
Change your plan
Open Eturns and choose Plan & billing → at the bottom of Today or Policies. Pick Monthly or Yearly, then a plan.
- Upgrade starts today. Shopify credits the unused part of your current plan, and shows you the exact charge before you approve.
- Switch at renewal moves you to a smaller plan when your current period ends. You keep everything you paid for until then.
- Downgrade to Free cancels your Shopify subscription.
You approve every charge on Shopify’s billing page, and your charge history is in your Shopify admin.
India: GSTIN
If your store is in India, Plan & billing shows an India GST section. Enter your 15-character GSTIN and GST state, or tick We use reverse charge (RCM), then choose Save GST details. You can choose a paid plan once they are saved.
When you reach your monthly decisions
Each plan includes a number of decisions a month. When you reach it — on any plan — Eturns keeps preparing cases, but new ones wait for you in Decisions instead of being handled automatically. That lasts until the month resets or you move to a bigger plan.
Orders on Free
Free includes 50 orders a month. If your store regularly takes more orders than that, a paid plan fits better.
