Eturns does not ask for review, discount or marketing permissions, and it does not ask to change your customers’ records.

Language models never see a customer’s email, name or address. How Eturns keeps your data apart from other stores is on Data, privacy & security.

What happens on install

Eturns imports your recent orders — up to the last 90 days — so it can learn what your customers usually spend and set your approval limit.

Each store gets its own approval limit, set from its own orders: Eturns looks at your last 90 days and sets the cash limit where 75% of your orders fall at or below — between $50 and $2,000 (the Free plan stays at $50). Until you have 30 orders it starts at $150. Anything above your limit waits for you. Type your own number anytime and it stays yours — Eturns will only suggest changes.

You start with You approve each case selected, so nothing moves money until you say so. Every case Eturns prepares waits for you in Decisions until you choose to give it more room. How to do that is on Policies: who decides.

On Today you’ll find the setup guide, Hand Eturns the shift. It has four steps; Your first day walks through each one.

Opening Eturns later

Eturns lives inside your Shopify admin. To open it:

Shopify adminAppsEturns

There is no separate Eturns login and no second inbox to check. This website is for learning about Eturns; your cases, policies and billing all live in the app.

When Shopify asks you to approve new access

Sometimes an Eturns update needs a permission it did not have before. Shopify then asks the store owner to approve the change the next time Eturns is opened. Open Eturns once in your admin and approve it — that is all it takes.

If something looks stuck after an update, see “Eturns needs new permissions”.
