Everything that saw the case
For every decision, Eturns records the model used, the prompt hash, the retrieved context summary, every tool call, the final action taken, the dollar amount affected, and the confidence at the point of execution. If a refund is approved, you can open the case and see the evidence the agent saw, the policy clause it applied, and the exact tool call that executed it.
The gates are in the record
The confidence threshold and the dollar gate are part of the trail. A refund above $200 was either approved by a merchant with the reasoning attached — or it never happened. The record shows which gate caught it, and when.
This is the part automation tools forget: trust is a byproduct of transparency. Run a decision through your own head with the full context and you will notice things the agent missed — that is the point.
