If you spend your days in the Decisions page, this one is for you. The workbench got a full refresh, and every change was aimed at the same thing: fewer clicks to the answer.
What changed
- The history table is now full-width and responsive — card-style rows on a phone, seven columns on a laptop, the full grid on a wide screen.
- The triage queue moved to the top, so the cases that need you today are the first thing you see.
- Rows open a case drawer without leaving the list. Approve, request evidence, or decline from the drawer.
Small workbench changes like this rarely make the changelog. That is why we are writing the QoL posts — so you know your daily screen keeps getting better.
